As per CCA (Controller of Certifying Authority) guidelines now only Class-3 Digital Signature Certificate will be issued. this certificate is the upgraded version of Class 2 Digital Signature Certificate from 1st of Jan 2021 issuance of Class-2 DSC has been stopped.

This Certificate can be used For Income Tax, GST, MCA, ESI-PF etc. These DSCs are typically issued with One year, Two year & Three year validity. These are renewable on expiry of the period of initial issue.
