Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests are only applicable under specific circumstances. Refunds may be considered if:

  • The service has not yet commenced, and no government fees or third-party charges have been paid.
  • Errors or delays in service are directly attributed to Govindam Company.
  • We are unable to process the requested service due to unforeseen circumstances or regulatory changes.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • If the service has already been initiated or completed.
  • For any government fees, filing charges, or third-party service fees that have been paid on your behalf.
  • If the delay or issue was caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your service details, including the reference number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your case and inform you of the next steps within 5-7 business days. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, where part of the service has been rendered, Govindam Company may offer a partial refund. This will be determined based on the portion of work completed and the expenses incurred.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services provided by Govindam Company are non-refundable, including:

  • Trademark searches or applications once submitted.
  • ISO certification processing after submission to regulatory authorities.
  • DSC and FSSAI registration after application completion.
  • GST filing and related consultancy services after submission to the relevant authorities.

Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service after payment but before processing, you may be eligible for a refund minus any non-refundable charges. Any cancellation must be requested in writing within 24 hours of placing the order.
